After a short introduction to the stand up paddling equipment on land, you'll head straight out onto the water. Here, together with our SUP guides, you'll learn the basics of stand up paddling (paddling and cornering techniques, safe movements on the board). This way, you can head to the best spots for a breathtaking underwater view and enjoy the view of the underwater world to the fullest.

All tours are carried out exclusively with an experienced SUP guide and they are available to provide you with tips and tricks throughout the entire tour.

The venue is the coastal areas of Kiel, Plön and the surrounding area.

• Swimming skills required
• for young and old from 12 years, persons under 18 years only with written consent
• no participation under the influence of alcohol
• Persons with severe physical limitations after consultation
